One-way ferry transfer from Barefoot Kuata Island Resort to Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi.

You are purchasing a one-way ferry transfer from Barefoot Kuata Island Resort to Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi. The 4.05pm ferry departure includes a coach transfer from Port Denarau to Nadi & Denarau accommodation venues, the 10.15am ferry departure does not include a coach transfer. If you booked return transfers all boarding passes will be provided at check-in at the Barefoot booth, the Cruise Terminal, Port Denarau. If you have booked a stand alone Barefoot Kuata Island Resort to Port Denarau ferry transfer your boarding pass can be collected from Barefoot Kuata Island Resort reception. 

If using the coach transfer service  (4.05pm ferry service only) please provide your accommodation drop off location (it reads pick up but means drop off location, see pick-up list during booking process). If you do not know the location now you can still complete your booking now and provide us with the location once accommodation is booked. Upon arrival at Port Denarau luggage is offloaded and transported to a central collection area, located close to where coach transfers depart from.  

The ferry departure time is around 10.15am and 4.05pm, the ferry does not wait for late passengers but timing can vary including an earlier departure due to multiple factors. Your boarding time will be advised during check-out at 10am (4.05pm departure) and
during check-out 8.30am (10.15am departure).

You can always access you luggage during the day if required. A Barefoot Kuata Island Resort long boat will depart from the beach and rendezvous alongside the large ferry to transfer you to Port Denarau. 

Your baggage will be tagged and taken to the ferry bound for Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi. Upon boarding the ferry you'll be required to identify your bag to ensure it is delivered to Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi.

Resort if travelling on the 10.15am ferry. Your boarding time will be advised
during check-out. You can access your luggage during the morning if required
and are welcome to use the resorts facilities until boarding time. 

- 10.00am check-out of Barefoot Kuata Island Resort if travelling on the 4.10pm ferry. Your boarding time will be advised during check-out. You can access your luggage during the day if required and are welcome to use the resorts facilities until boarding time. 

- Listen for boarding announcements in front of the reception area, 

- 2.55pm ferry departs Barefoot Kuata Island Resort, timing can vary including an earlier departure due to multiple factors. 6.00pm ferry arrives Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi, timing can vary due to multiple factors.

- 10.15am ferry departs Barefoot Kuata Island Resort, timing can vary slightly including an earlier departure due to multiple factors. 11.45am ferry arrives Port Denarau, Denarau Island, Nadi, timing can slightly vary due to multiple factors.

Child and Infant Fares

• Child fares are 2-15 years inclusive
• Infants under 2 years travel FOC but their details must entered along with other passengers travelling.

Cancellation Policy

• For resort transfer services a 100% cancellation fee applies within 72 hours of the first booked sector, or in the case of a no-show.
• Resort transfer fares are issued as one-way fares to provide flexibility in creating multi-island itineraries. For this reason, each booked sector is treated as a separate confirmed service, and once travel has commenced, no refunds apply for any unused sectors (including return journeys).  For example, if a guest books a return transfer but later decides not to use the return, this sector is considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
